Our objective is to provide all our guests that attend a Paranormal Activities Ltd event the best ghost hunting experience possible. We aim to deliver quality customer service throughout our company, offering you a completely unique ghost hunting experience together with customer care.
1. We at Paranormal Activities do not accept single sex bookings over four persons on any of our events.
Paranormal Activities Ltd reserves the right to refuse any booking or bookings.
2. No persons under the age of 18 are permitted to attend any ghost hunting events with Paranormal Activities Ltd.
3. Due to many restrictions we do ask all our guest attending our ghost hunts to be reasonably fit and of good health.
4. We at Paranormal Activities Ltd take health and safety of our guests very seriously and due to many restrictions on our ghost hunts, we do not allow pregnant women to attend any of our ghost hunting events.
5. Absolutely No alcohol or drugs of any kind are permitted on any ghost hunting event with Paranormal Activities Ltd. If anyone appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or/and is suspected of bringing either alcohol or drugs to the ghost hunting event then they will be asked to leave the premises immediately. They will not be refunded any costs paid for the ghost hunting event with Paranormal Activities Ltd. Our staff at Paranormal Activities Ltd will use there own discretion to evict anyone they consider to be behaving in an inappropriate manner due to drugs or alcohol.
6. Each guest will act in a responsible manner and respect the needs of other guests. You will not cause harm or injury to anyone else or put anyone else or yourself in danger. You will respect the nature of the ghost hunting event and behave accordingly. When leaving the event you will ensure that, due to the lateness of the hour, you will respect the needs of nearby residents and respect there privacy by leaving quickly and quietly.
7. There are very strict laws on smoking indoors and Paranormal Activities Ltd do not allow anyone to smoke indoors or allow anyone to bring any naked flames to any of our ghost hunting events. This also includes candles or matches or any other potential fire hazards. We do not use candles for any of our experiments due to safety hazards.
8. Unfortunately due to the conditions of many of the buildings w visit, the condition of some of the buildings may not be suitable for persons with disabilities. Please contact one of the team regarding our locations on 07825767760.
9. There are no sleeping facilities at any of our ghost hunting events unless otherwise stated. We suggest that you bring a comfortable cushion to sit on when we carryout vigils or taking a break.
10.Paranormal Activities will not be liable for any damage or loss to property or personal equipment at our ghost hunting event, on the journey to the ghost hunting event, during the ghost hunting event or on the journey back home from the ghost hunting event. This also includes damages cause by any spirit or poltergeist activity during any of our ghost hunting events.
11. We at Paranormal Activities Ltd require you to bring your own torch/ torches as these will b e used at all time when walking around in total darkness. They will be used at all of our ghost hunting events and the locations we visit.
12. Paranormal Activities accepts no responsibility for any equipment, clothing, damage to vehicles, parking fines or clamping of vehicles. All properties belonging to you are your responsibility and so we urge you to protect you property and keep all said articles safe whilst attending our ghost hunting events. Please note that car parking at any ghost hunting events we hold or locations that we visit is at the owner’s risk. Paranormal Activities Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind.
13. It is very important that each guest attending a ghost hunting event with Paranormal Activities Ltd is at there own risk. Paranormal Activities Ltd accepts no liability for any accident, injury, incident to any persons how ever it may be caused.
14. Paranormal Activities Ltd attempts to foresee any potential problems or hazards in order to eliminate them before the ghost hunting event. However, due to the locations and ghost hunting events, accidents can still happen. We encourage all persons attending our ghost hunting events to have there own third party insurance., You are at the ghost hunting event location at your own risk.
15. Paranormal Activities Ltd has its own liability insurance, although some or our policies may not be covered due to the fact that some of our location boundaries are beyond the normal public categories.
16. Paranormal Activities Ltd hold there ghost hunting events at locations claimed to haunted and have paranormal happenings recorded by others. It’s impossible to guarantee what activity may occur during any ghost hunting event. This maybe minimal or very intense, resulting in injury to yourself or damage to your cloths.
17. Paranormal Activities Ltd accept no responsibility for whatever may occur as a result of any paranormal activity. We also accept no responsibility if minimal or no activity is experienced on any of our ghost hunting events.
18. Paranormal Activities ltd suggest that due to the lateness of the investigation or ghost hunting events you make arrangements that ensure you are not too tired to drive and suggest booking into a hotel/B&B prior to the ghost hunting event you will be attending with us.

19. These terms and conditions are none negotiable and your booking on a ghost hunting event with us demonstrates acceptance by you the guest. These terms and conditions and any contract into which they are incorporated shall be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
20. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are further indemnifying the promoters/individuals /organisers from and against all legal liability in respect of any claims, damages, costs, actions, penalties, proceedings, any kind of legal suits, losses or expenses amounted in respect of or arising out of the injury to or the death of any person, or persons, or damage to any property arising from the guests participation and involvement in the ghost hunting event or activity.
21. Paranormal Activities Ltd will use all the equipment and know how to ensure that your time spent at the ghost hunting event / location is rewarding and well worth while. Between us we should have an experience that will never be forgotten.
22. When ghost hunting with Paranormal Activities Ltd, you the guest, are responsible for making your own decisions about what you are experiencing and act accordingly to your own beliefs-not the beliefs of others.
23. Paranormal Activities Ltd recognises that all statements are the sole opinion of the investigator, host, or medium and is not the opinion of Paranormal Activities Ltd’s policies and opinions. There are no guarantees what is truth and what maybe an offered opinion. No perceived predictions, opinions, information, advice or comments made by our employees, contractors, psychics, mediums or clairvoyants should be interpreted as actual or factual.
24. Unless you are advised or asked by a member of the Paranormal Activities Ltd team, you are not to walk alone on any ghost hunting event in any location we visit. Permission may be given depending on the nature of the ghost hunting event/ location.
25. When attending any ghost hunting event with Paranormal Activities Ltd we strongly advise you to wear sensible warm clothing and foot wear. We at Paranormal Activities ltd accept no responsibility for any injury caused due to inappropriate clothing or foot wear.
26. By booking a ghost hunting event with Paranormal Activities Ltd you are agreeing that any and all kinds of services are for entertainment purpose only. We make no guarantees regarding the validity, likelihood, truth of any and all information obtained from our employees, physics, mediums, clairvoyants or contractors at any ghost hunting event/ events with Paranormal Activities Ltd.
27. When part of a ghost hunting event is in the open air, it is going to be effected by the weather conditions. In this case Paranormal Activities ltd reserve the rights to relocate the ghost hunting event to an area which is under cover, however this is very rare and it is the responsibility of the guest to wear appropriate clothing and foot wear to protect themselves against the weather conditions.
28. In most cases all ghost hunting events with Paranormal activities Ltd do take place. However, there are occasions when our ghost hunting events are cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of Paranormal Activities Ltd. You will be contacted and offered a placement in another ghost hunting event we hold or a full refund to the value of the booked ghost hunting event will be refunded. We are not liable for any expenses you may incur such as accommodation bookings and travel expenses.
29. In the event of adverse weather conditions Paranormal Activities Ltd reserves the right to cancel any ghost hunting event. As much notice as possible will be given prior to the ghost hunting event to each and every guest booked. If for any reason the Paranormal Activities Ltd team can not reach the event location due to weather conditions, the ghost hunting event will be deemed inaccessible and therefore cancelled. This may happen as late as travelling to the event location.
